As far back as can remember, I grew up around plants with an interest in growing them. Of course, my grandparents, mother and father were lovers of plants, so I guess I inherited the gene. And so, I did… I guess you can say, “I was born with a Green Thumb”. I gathered growing methods from my late parents, who passed on to me everything they practiced to successfully grow just-about anything they wanted.

For nearly 45 years I have been planting and working in the garden to beauty indoors and outdoors of my home with annuals, perennials, and tropical plants. have experimented with different was of growing plant, some were successful, some died, this taught me what to do and of course the dead plants, imparted and understanding of what not to do. I created this website “DENNIS PLANT GARDEN" - Plant Care Information

at the advice of my wife Linda and some friends who encouraged me to share my knowledge and experiences. So, I began building the website and it provides an online platform for community gardeners to share their plant information and practices. The persuasion of neighbors along with Linda, encouraged and supported my efforts in gathering plant care data, and now I pass this on to you.

As the websites’ manager, I encourage visitors to join us (by signing up as a member) Members,invite your friends and family to visit us in sharing our plant growing skills with the community. Upload your pictures and tell us how you grew such lovely plants.
